 The DWSP Partnership logo was designed and donated to the Partnership by Eileen Colgan Bowling, a graphic designer and resident of the basin from Gettysburg , PA who appreciates and supports the cause of environmental stewardship. The blue in the center of the green field is a stylized version of the Potomac River (outside the DC Area) based on an old aerial photo. The silhouette of the mountains, farm, home, land and cityscape symbolize the partnership. The tag line, "For Life, For Health - Clean Water" emphasizes the essential connection between human health and safe drinking water.
